“Conquer New Horizons in Innovation with GAMP® AI” Workshop

ISPE Health Sciences Association is pleased to invite you to our upcoming hybrid event, “Conquer New Horizons in Innovation with GAMP® AI”, featuring Martin Heitmann, Managing Director, consultant, and advisor in Life Sciences, as well as Secretary of the GAMP Global Software Automation and AI Special Interest Group and co-lead of the ISPE GAMP AI Guide Initiative.
Artificial intelligence is increasingly integrated into GxP areas such as manufacturing, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, and quality systems. However, the data-driven nature of AI applications introduces additional considerations for validation approaches, including specification, verification, data management, risk management, and supplier oversight.
To support the industry in adopting AI safely and effectively in GxP environments, the GAMP® Community has published the ISPE GAMP® Guide: Artificial Intelligence, providing a flexible and practical end-to-end framework for validation of AI-enabled systems.
In this session, participants will gain insights into the background and conceptual foundations of the Guide, key GAMP® concepts in the context of AI, current regulatory perspectives, and practical use case reflections directly from one of the Guide authors.
Speaker:
Martin Heitmann is a trained business mathematician and serves as consultant and advisor to organizations in the Life Sciences industry in his role as Managing Director. He holds more than a decade of experience focusing on technology, innovation, and transformation. He drives progress and inspires excellence in life sciences while supporting organizations in maintaining compliance and promoting quality.
