Aslı Karabay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University and a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boğaziçi University. She joined Pfizer Turkey in 1995 as a Quality Control Analyst and she has worked in various roles including Lab Project Responsible, Finished Goods Release Section Head, Quality Control Manager & Technical Regulatory Group Manager, EHS and Quality Operations Manager. She assumed Istanbul Site leader role in June 2019. During her 26 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, she has attended various leadership trainings and programs, both in Turkey and abroad. Aslı Karabay contributed to various projects at ISPE Turkey and resumes her role as ISPE Turkey Board Member.
