Tuğba Aydemir, completed bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Yıldız Technical University between 2012 and 2017. During undergraduate education, she took part in projects related to biotechnological drug / drug production, prepared for the pharmaceutical industry, and also led the team in volunteer-based student unions during her university years. Entered the pharmaceutical industry with EMA Process in 2017 and still work at EMA. Experienced in processes, equipment, and critical systems; gained experience in qualification and commissioning processes within the scope of good engineering practices. In 2021, started master's degree in Yıldız Technical University, Department of Bioengineering. She has been a member of ISPE Emerging Leaders since 2018. In 2021, assumed the Chairmanship of the ISPE Emerging Leaders Team.
